Terms of Service
These terms apply when you or your company use tootna (the "service"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your company.
1. Your account
- You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password safe.
- The person who signs up is the owner of the company account and can add or remove users.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
2. Trial and subscription
- New companies get a free trial. No card is needed to start.
- After the trial, continued use needs a paid plan. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice before your next billing period.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
3. Your data
- You own the data you put into the service. We only use it to run the service for you.
- You can export your data while your account is active.
- If a trial ends without a subscription, or a subscription is cancelled, your data is kept for 30 days and then deleted.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the service for anything illegal, to send spam, to break into other accounts, or in a way that harms the service or other customers.
5. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and your data backed up, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We provide support by WhatsApp during business hours.
6. Your records and taxes
The service helps you keep accounts and issue documents, but you remain responsible for your own bookkeeping, tax filings and compliance with the laws that apply to your business.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell account owners before it takes effect.
